MEATBALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE-Found in most tapas bars, this traditional dish tastes best when served piping hot straight from the pan. Served with fresh bread to mop up the juicy tomato sauce, Serves 4, $8.00

EMPANADAS- bread pies stuffed with shellfish, fish or meats, and veggies are iconic of Galician cuisine. My favorite is potato and chorizo (we even have a vegan version that is to die for) we can go over combos. $4.00 each

PATATAS BRAVAS – (Crisp Spiced potatoes) is a basic, traditional Tapa, as popular in elegant big-city establishments as it is in the more modest village hostelries. Serves 4, $6.00

ENSALADILLA RUSA-(Spanish potato salad) this traditional tapa is served throughout every region of Spain, with little variation. Ensaladilla Rusa is a perfectly balanced mixture of potatoes, hard-cooked eggs, and vegetables, using the mayonnaise solely to accent these other flavors. This colorful salad is served at nearly every tapas bar! Serves 4, $6.00

Tortilla Espanola- The traditional Spanish potato tortilla is one of Spain’s signature dishes. Served hot or cold, this potato and egg treat is always popular. Serves 8-24 depending on cut, each pie- $12.50

DESSERTS

Empanada de Manzana (Spanish Apple pie): Though empanadas are most often thought of as savory pies, they can also be made for dessert. Other fruits available $3.00 each

Churros: Although churros are by no means exclusive to Madrid, they may have originated there. No open-air festival would be complete without its churrería stall, or at least a hawker wearing white cuffs and carrying a basket of freshly-fried fritters $3.00 each

FLAN: This is the classic flan, which is as light and delicious as it is timeless. $5.50 each

Basic Sangria recipe: Our standard sangria recipe. Made with fruit and red wine

Strong Sangria: This is the Strong One! Made with red wine, gin & vodka!

White Sangria: Softer, Made with Mint, White wine and Fruit

Spicy Sangria: If you’re looking for a real HOT sangria… white wine with red chilies

Peach and Orange Sangria: This sparkling sangria uses white wine instead of red, to better partner the vibrant peaches and oranges. A bit more potent than its sweet taste suggests, this sangria should be savored slowly.

Citrus Sangria: This zesty sangria is especially refreshing thanks to the orange, lemon, and lime. Tangy and sweet, this drink tastes just like summer.

Sangria Clara: White sangria may seem more pure than the original red version, but it is every bit as potent. Here, the fresh mint leaves infuse the sangria with an unforgettable zesty freshness.
